Adobe Lightroom Classic is a powerful photo editor (and organizer), but there is a steep learning curve. This workshop is designed to give you a solid foundation of Lightroom knowledge and greatly speed up the learning process.
With an emphasis on landscape and travel photography, we'll show you how to create beautiful, polished images along with a streamlined workflow. With our help, you can spend more time photographing what you enjoy and less time in front of your computer.

Fixing common lens problems.
Sharing your images online.
Creating collections & slideshows.
Organizing your digital images.
Adjusting contrast and brightness.
Cropping and straightening.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
This class is for anyone who wants to become more comfortable with Adobe Lightroom Classic. Whether you're a complete beginner, or have some experience with the program, this workshop is loaded with helpful time saving tips and photo editing tricks.
Students should bring their own laptop with Adobe Lightroom Classic installed. Trial versions of the software can be downloaded at Adobe's website here. Let us know if you need help installing the software, and we're happy to provide assistance.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort operating a trackpad or mouse will be helpful for this class.

Important Note: Adobe recently made some changes and there are now two different Lightroom products with similar names. In this workshop we'll be teaching Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic only. Please contact us if you have any questions or need additional clarification.

WHO ARE YOUR INSTRUCTORS?
This course is being co-taught by two instructors who are passionate about landscape photography and teaching others how to create beautiful images. They look forward to sharing their knowledge gained from many years of experience with both Lightroom and landscape photography...
Photography has been a lifelong passion of Sarah’s with a focus on landscape and travel imagery. Sarah is an instructor at Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, Montana. She is also an Adobe Certified Expert in Lightroom and loves helping photographers of all levels learn the art of post processing. She recently started a new business called Glacier Photo Guides, offering private photography workshops in Glacier National Park.
David Marx has taught photography workshops and classes in some of the world's most beautiful places for almost twenty years. David is an Adobe Certified Expert in both Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop CC. He is also the creator of focusphotoschool.com, a website filled with video tutorials on Adobe Lightroom and more. David's articles, video tutorials, and workshops have helped train thousands of Adobe Lightroom enthusiasts.
